I collect Department 56 Christmas in the
City as well as the Disney Parks Village and some North Pole. I
also have a large collection of Creepy Hollow for Halloween.I have 77
Christmas in the City Buildings. I am missing 14 of the older
buildings, and a handful of the newer ones that I have not yet
purchased.
My local store had a Display Photo contest, so I entered
the photos of my 2002 Christmas in the City display. I pleased to
announce that I won 1st place - a $100 gift certificate - guess what I
spent it on!!
I have also submitted an entry for the 2003 Contest -
and have made it 2 years in a row! Another $100 to spend - on
what???????????????? Villages!!!
